We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our internal staff. The main objective for the Office Assistant is to assist the Office Engagement Coordinator (OEC) with daily operations and keeping operations running smoothly. Daily tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
Greeting guests and facilitating scheduled appointments accordingly.
Assisting candidates with completing applications and on-boarding.
Scheduling appointments on the info calendar.
Receiving phone calls, answering questions appropriately, and resolving minor concerns or issues. If an incoming phone call is addressing a major issue or disciplinary action, the call needs to be forwarded to the OEC.
Managing inventory.
Updating employee files and keeping the office organized.
Posting on social media and monitoring platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma / GED
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
